Batiflo® is the first ready-made system to protect building constructions in risk-zones : floods or earthquakes measuring up to 8 on the EMS98 scale.

Its licenced process enables a building construction to float. Houses, roads, workshops or car parks can be entirely protected against floods.

Developed by our design department in collaboration with construction professionals,

the Batiflo® floats bring together many qualities:

They are easy to use: any mason will be able to put them together
They are unique (world exclusivity) in being transportable by truck !
They guarantee full security in case of flood and contribute to protection against seismic events for a period of at least 400 years.
The Batiflo® floats are all-ecological, made of recycable materiels, they do not alter the soil’s permeability or water-draining capacity. They respect the environment.

The floating restaurant is being constructed along the riverside on a 1 000m² platform. Its 102m² open-air terrace has a unique 120m² relaxation space. The restaurant has two 105 m² spaces next to a 120m² private space. Roof terraces have a panoramic relaxing or service space.

This floating bungalow is perfect for the creation of holiday resorts at the water's edge. With a living space of 60 m², a 34m² lounge incorporating an open kitchen and two 9m² rooms, it has living space for three to four people. The floating 108m² platform is extended by a 48m² sundeck.
