Welcome

Batiflo® is the first ready-made system to protect building constructions in risk-zones : floods or earthquakes measuring up to 8 on the EMS98 scale.

Its licenced process enables a building construction to float. Houses, roads, workshops or car parks can be entirely protected against floods.

They are easy to use, easy to move, durable and reliable and help to reduce the building's environmental impact.

A building construction’s floating process

Our patents, a guarantee of quality

The Batiflo product is subject to an international patent deposit. Its unique floating process guarantees stability, resistance, durability and, of course, floating.

Stability

Using Batiflo will guarantee perfect stability in any event.

Resistance, stability and durabilityOur design department together with its technical partners can, on a case-by-case basis, define the required building area to ensure a work's maximum stability, even in a tornado. This calculation is subject to a BEM ( Bureau d'Etudes de Maritimes*) certification for wind speeds up to 300 km/h (186 mph).

Resistance and durability

Made out of High Density Polymer materials, Batiflo floats, when floating, bear a weight of 700 kg/m² and more than 2,2 mt for the concrete slab. Recycable, their estimated minimal life span is more than 400 years. More than enough for a man's lifetime.

Floating and protection

eyond the process, the Batiflo enterprise has the ability to support you during each construction phase of your building. Our design office, which is specialized in risk-zone construction, masters every phase from floating-area computing through building material consulting.

Our technical skill applies to the HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale* ) building construction environmental standards.
